YogaCloud.com uses industry standard SSL encryption. This means that your credit card information is protected and cannot be viewed by anyone other than YogaCloud.com.
We will on occasion use your e-mail address to send announcements of new products and promotions. There will always be an unsubscribe link that you can use if you would prefer to be removed from our mailing list.
Pricing is subject to change. You will be notified by e-mail if there is a discrepancy with the pricing of an item.
For your convenience, YogaCloud.com accepts all major credit cards and payments using PayPal.
Shipping charges will appear after you have provided the shipping address. You will be able to cancel your order at that time, if you wish.
YogaCloud.com ships to all 50 states. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). For standard shipping, please allow 3-8 days for delivery.
At this time, YogaCloud.com does not ship to international locations.
If you are inquiring about the status of an order or delivery, you may e-mail us at information@yogacloud.com. To provide the best customer service to you, please include your order number, and name on all correspondence.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Before returning your order, e-mail us at information@yogacloud.com. Please include your order number and the item (s) that you wish to return. We will respond to you with detailed instructions for your return.
Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging intact.
Once the item (s) have been received and inspected, a full refund for the cost of the item (s) will be issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item shipped to you incorrectly was our error or was somehow damaged in-transit.
YogaCloud.com cannot be held responsible for items that are lost when being returned. Please pack and seal items securely in the original package if possible and include the original invoice.
If you wish to change or cancel an order after it has been placed, please e-mail us at information@yogacloud.com. If your order has not been shipped, we are happy to accommodate any changes to your order. We pride ourselves on fast shipping and if your order has shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
